Client: Circles Co.
The event organizers needed their logo animated for on-stage presentation during the conference. I dissected the image of a crowd of people, and used the motif of a circle to create an infinitely-looped fly-though. (If you watch it long enough all of time becomes an illusion).

Much like the Yellow Conference, the Anchored In Love Conference needed its logo and other still image designs animated for projection on stage during the 2014 event.

Work from fall of 2009. In order of appearance: a branding promo for an international relief organization ICOMB, 2.5D animated wedding photos by Mariano Friginal, a music video for the global When I Grow Up organization, and wedding footage for New Orleans-based production company Silver Media.

Their editors selected the live footage, which needed to be blended with my effects for the scene transitions. My job was to tie the live-action footage together with visually-interesting colors representing different continents, and add titles when necessary in time with the script.
International Community of Mennonite Brethren (ICOMB) launched a worldwide campaign in 2009 to share their mission and purpose, and to grow their presence on the web. They are a subsidiary of Mennonite Brethren Mission and Service International (MBMSI) and partners with MB Mission.
]]>Client: California CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates)
CASA in Northern California needed a docu-promo video that would help raise awareness of what they do, and inspire people to donate their time and money. They wanted to convey feelings of warmth and connection. The footage they provided me contained lots of great natural moments between the orphans and their volunteer advocates. I enhanced the candid footage with analog film grain and light-leaks custom digitized from 16mm film stock.

Still images by Mariano Friginal Photography. The groom was also a great photographer (Michael L’Heureux). Videography by a guest at the wedding with a small camcorder. While the client had some specific needs with the poor quality video footage, I wanted to give life to the still images and make them the focus of this trailer.
